Possibly, but I'm not the creative sort, I try to make other peoples ideas work. And the last 2 times, people went "can you not just keep it mostly the same" ;)

thrustmaster steering wheel
« on: October 14, 2011, 17:21:10 »
just bought the thrustmaster ferrari GT experiance steering wheel  for Pc/Ps3
i have it working aprt for two factors in which i require asitance

the steering wheel being extremly sensitive
and the peddles only working after the accererator has been pressed past half way .anything before that it try's to put it into reverse

would be handy if anyone has an ideas on how to fix these .. and yes the drivers are installed correctly (pardon the pun)

cheers :)

This first. Then configure your controls in game so that brake/reverse is the other pedal. Whatever game you are playing is assuming it's a single throttle axis for both rather than two separate ones.

I have the exact same controller, I found that pushing on a peddle or moving the wheel while opening a game fucks it up, don't touch any of the controls when opening a game until you are on the starting line ready to go. if that don't work, fuck knows :P Make sure it's on PC mode too.

you should be able to alter the sensitivity in the profile window

Rah I have found that if I want to use it I have to plug it in and restart the computer because I can't just plug it in and launch the game

And I didfinatly have it on pc mode and there isn't a way to change the sensitivity with the profiler window I can't even Change what each of the pressed button's does ...
