Possibly, but I'm not the creative sort, I try to make other peoples ideas work. And the last 2 times, people went "can you not just keep it mostly the same" ;)

How many tabs do I have to open for it to lock up/crash?

http://errur.com/i/images/1406_sitelagbs.jpg

I got bored after opening every section on 3 different browsers.
It was tricky but I finally managed masturbate to this.

Ok I just found out that bloc has not uploaded the new replacement for me it was just the same one that I spent 2 hrs fucking about with. I have to wait for him to do some work for me and he will upload when hes done. In I.E it s actually just as fast as any other skin and the reason for any slowness is mootools which enables sliding of the left  block

oh did the creator say anything about this ? when i went to his site it froze up as well

Freezing is definately YOU

Bloc who made this and the entire Tiny Portal system does not use this theme.

well this is the link you gave
http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php/topic,27085.new.html#new

WTF !!!
I have told you Already its is not just ME how many times do i need to point this out !!!!!!!
When are you going to get that into your fucking head
Anyway i really cant be fucked with this now i will carry on using the other theme. otherwise there will be alot of fucking amniosity between Us because you are being such a Cock about trying to deny there is a Issue when there so blatentley.  (of course the creator will deny issues he doesnt want to do anymore work on it, he already made his moeny)
You keep on trying to say its only me when multiple people have had issues there is video evidence to support this ASWELL but you always try and twist it as if i am personally attacking your choice of purchase, Im not. i am pointing out a Fucking Flaw with the Forum.

The main reason it should be fixed is it is the default theme and any randoms comming to the forum will not be staying long if it freezes up their tabs everytime they load a page.
Otherwise i really couldnt give a shit any more.

I was having a few probs.. slowing down , pausing when opening multiple tabs.. it was using 40% of my quadcore and even made it heat up just opening a forum page

But today it seems fine.. loads of open forum tabs and no pausing :)

Aye, cheers. Works like a charm now.

What was it causing the problem in the end?

Well typically not the php or the images. In fact it was one line of javascript that I removed.
